Can I play movies from my usb stick/hard disk or from my laptop directly onto TV using your settop box?
Yes, RadiantIPTV settop box can be used as a media player. You can connect any usb external device like a hard disk and play movies and pictures. Using pcmedia functionality, you can play movies directly from your home pc / laptop using our set top box. You don’t have to connect a cable from your laptop to your TV to view the movies on your laptop or desktop.

Why is our offering expensive compared to some other IPTV providers?

What's the process involved and timing for my number porting?
When you order for porting to transfer your current number to us, you need to send a copy of your bill to support@radiantiptv.com with your name and order reference. Once done, we start processing the matter and porting may take from 5-14 business days. We do not guarantee successful porting of your number. However, when the decision is reached, we update you accordingly. We always recommend to pick a new number instead.
