How Our Service Works
Radiant IPTV is an online IPTV subscription service providing its members with access to television and comprehensive library of motion pictures from Indian sub-continent, and other audio-visual entertainment ("Serials/Sop-Opera/Live-Shows etc") content on standard definition streamed over the public Internet. We offer a variety of membership plans at varying price levels, including special promotional plans or memberships with limitations on the number of TV-channels/movies during a month. Under Movies List, members select movies at our website, they will show-up on Set-Top-Box / Roku /R box or other streaming device or Smart TV menu for live streaming and user may also instantly watch certain movies on your personal computer or, on certain membership plans, through a Radiant IPTV ready device.
TV/VOD Stream Delivery Speed
We utilize a nationwide network of local broad-band providers to send and receive Video you have selected to rent through the subscription. Based on performance data from the broadband provider and our own analysis, we have determined that the large majority of our members are able to receive their Video at 3 Mb/Sec bit rate are higher to view un-buffered video.
Plans and Contract Restrictions:
TV Channels : In case any of the TV channels shut down their operations (shown in the plan /package) or in case of any dispute between the TV channels and Radiant IPTV, the same TV channel will not be transmitted by Radiant IPTV, no partial / full refunds are done by Radiant IPTV to the customers.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH MEMBERSHIP PERIODS OR UNWATCHED Content. At the end of billing cycle (monthly/six months/12 months plan) customer will be automatically enrolled in their respective plan and their credit card will be charged accordingly unless customer cancel the service seven days before end of billing cycle by sending an email to email@example.com or calling Toll Free: 1-800-613-7834 or Local: 1-718-307-2901 / 1-718-362-8235. However, customer can always enroll in any plan offered by radiantiptv of their liking before the end of billing cycle. If customers claim chargeback unjustifiability from their financial institution, Radiantiptv has the right to charge a penalty of 25 dollar to recover the charge.
Bandwidth requirement: We stream all the channels and videos at 3 mb bit rate depending on still vs action oriented sequences in the video stream. Hence for uninterrupted service 3 mb/s internet bandwidth with unlimited downloads is required for live channel and 5 mb/s is required for VOD content.
Membership and Billing
You can find the specific details regarding your membership/plan charges with Radiant IPTV at anytime by clicking on the "Your Account" link, located at the top of the pages of the Radiant IPTV Web site.
Your Radiant IPTV membership will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before the end of your billing cycle (monthly/half yearly/yearly)
In order to avoid billing of the next month's membership fees to your Payment Method. We will bill the monthly membership fee plus any applicable tax to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information).
WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH MEMBERSHIP PERIODS OR UNWATCHED Content. At the end of billing cycle (monthly/six months/12 months plan) customer will be automatically enrolled in monthly plan unless customer cancel the service seven days before end of billing cycle by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling Toll Free: 1-800-613-7834 or Local: 1-718-307-2901 / 1-718-362-8235. However, customer can always enroll in any plan offered by radiant tv of their liking before the end of billing cycle.
Radiant IPTV charges fifty dollar as security deposit for STB (setup box)/ Rbox/other streaming device. However, Radiant IPTV will refund 50 dollars within two weeks of receipt of setup box provided setup box is functional and without any sign of visible damage. Each customer can order maximum of three setup boxes. Radiant IPTV charges hundred dollars as security deposit for two STB (setup box)/Rbox and hundred fifty dolalrs for three STB (setup box)/Rbox. However, Radiant IPTV will refund the security deposit within two weeks of receipt of setup boxes provided setup boxes are functional and without any sign of visible damage. Radiant IPTV reserves the rights to change the amount of security deposit. However, in some plan or during some promotion Radiantiptv may provide STB (setup box)/ Rbox/other streaming device without collecting 50 dollar security deposit. In this case, if customer cancels his or her membership then he or she must return the box within two weeks of service cancellation. Otherwise Radiantiptv reserves the right to charge his or her credit card for 50 dollar. RadiantIPTV will send an invoice in case the account is created manually.
We reserve the right to terminate your account for any or no reason.
LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
The Set Top Box, remote and the power supply shall be construed as
If within one (1) year from the date of purchase, if the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, we shall repair if possible or replace it free of charge. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and the device cannot be transferred to a third party.
We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages to the purchaser or any other party for any loss, damage, injury, or expense of any kind or nature caused directly or indirectly by the product or the failure of the product to operate properly.
This warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby modified to exist only as contained in this limited warranty and shall be of the same duration as the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose are hereby modified to exist only as contained in this limited warranty and shall be of the same duration as the warranty period stated above.
The warranty does not apply to: (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, in handling, dropping; (b) acts of God; (c) units which have been subject to unauthorized repair, opened, taken apart or otherwise modified; (d) units not used in accordance with directions; (e) damages exceeding the cost of the product; (f) depreciated or loss of charge time; (g) the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface scratches and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. Some states do not allow a limitation of damages so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Warranty service is available by mailing postage prepaid to the authorized service facility provided. Warranty does not cover the cost of postage to send the product in for service. Purchaser is responsible for safely sending the product to repair facility. Please be sure to wrap the product securely when mailing to avoid shipping damage.
Geographic Limitation: You may not view TV channels or movie through the STB /Roku Device/streaming device or Smart TV app anywhere other than some restricted countries due to licensing restrictions, including the U.S. territories, and Radiant IPTV may use technologies to verify your compliance.
Account Access; Identity Protection
In order to provide you with ease of access to your account, both through your computer and Radiant IPTV Ready Devices, Radiant IPTV implements technology that enables us to recognize you as the account holder and provide you with direct access to your account without requiring you to retype any password or other user identification when you revisit the Radiant IPTV service. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account.
You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. If you disclose your password to anyone or share your account and/or devices with other people, you take full responsibility for their actions. Users of public or shared computers or NRDs, or unprotected Radiant IPTV Ready Devices should log out at the completion of each visit. If you sell or return a computer or Radiant IPTV Ready Device, you should logout and/or deactivate the device before doing so. If you fail to log out or deactivate your device, subsequent users may be able to access your account information. To deactivate a device, go to Manage Radiant IPTV ready devices and computers.
If you find that you're a victim of identity theft and it involves a Radiant IPTV account, you should notify customer service. Then, you should report this instance to all your card issuers, as well as your local law enforcement agency. Radiant IPTV reserves the right to place any account on hold anytime with or without notification to the member in order to protect itself and its partners from what it believes to be fraudulent activity. Radiant IPTV is not obligated to credit or discount a membership for holds placed on the account by either a representative of Radiant IPTV or by the automated processes of Reliable IPTV.
Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations on Liability
THE RADIANT IPTVSERVICE, INCLUDING TV CHANNELS/VOD FEATURES, AND FUNCTALITIES ASSOCIATED HEREWITH, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENTS, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE RADIANT IPTVSERVICE, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENTS. RADIANT IPTVDOES NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE RADIANT IPTVSERVICE. INCLUDING SHIPMENT OF STB's, / ROKU DEVICE/OTHER STREAMING DEVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND YOU AGREE THAT RADIANT IPTVMAY ELIMINATE OR OTHERWISE MODIFY ANY OR ALL ASPECTS OF THE RADIANT IPTVSERVICE, INCLUDING OUR WATCH INSTANTLY FUNCTIONALITY, OUR COMMUNITY FEATURES OR ANY OTHER ASPECTS OF THE RADIANT IPTVSERVICE AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT COMPENSATION OR NOTICE TO YOU. RADIANT IPTVSPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF APPLICATIONS, RADIANT IPTVREADY DEVICES, AND RADIANT IPTVINSTANT STREAMING DISCS, AS DEFINED IN THE APPLICATIONS SECTION ABOVE AND ANY DEVICES ASAND SET FORTH IN THE RADIANT IPTVREAD DEVICES SECTIONS ABOVE.
Without limiting the foregoing, we assume no liability or responsibility for any of the following: (i) content contained on or defects from the Radiant IPTV service, including damage or defects occurring or caused during shipment; (ii) errors or omissions in the content delivered by the Radiant IPTV service or on the Radiant IPTV website; (iii) recommendations or advice of Customer Service; (iv) any failures, mis-shipments, delays, or interruptions in the shipment of STB /Roku / Other streaming device; (v) any failure or interruption in the availability of the Radiant IPTV service and/or website, including availability of our watch instantly functionality; (vi) delivery and or display of any content contained on the Radiant IPTV website or through the Radiant IPTV service, including any movies via our VOD; and (vii) any losses or damages arising from the use of the content provided on the Radiant IPTV website or the Radiant IPTV service itself, including any losses or damages arising from watching instantly and/or downloading of related software, downloading and/or use of any other software, including the remote desktop tool offered by Customer Service, Radiant IPTV instant streaming discs or any conduct by users of the Radiant IPTV service or website. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW, WE AND OUR LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, FOR EXAMPLE, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. In addition, we do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via our site is accurate, complete or current. In no event shall 1Stop Media & Entertainment Inc, its shareholders, directors, officers, or employees be liable (jointly or severally) to you for personal injury or any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, business interruption or any other commercial damages or loss, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Radiant IPTV website, its contents or the Radiant IPTV service, Radiant IPTV instant streaming VOD, features or functionalities associated therewith. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages for losses arising from the use or inability to use our website, its contents or the Radiant IPTV service, including any TV Channels, Radiant IPTV instant streaming VOD, features or functionalities associated therewith (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount of one month's membership fee on your membership plan. If any applicable authority holds any portion of this section to be unenforceable, then liability will be limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by applicable law.
RADIANT IPTV MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES CONCERNING RADIANT IPTV READY DEVICES OR THE COMPATIBILITY OF THE DEVICE WITH YOUR MEDIA LIBRARY FUNCTIONALITY. Additional disclaimers or limitations of liability may be contained in the various software end user license agreements.

We distribute movie, television, and other filmed entertainment and we reserve the right to display and promote the filmed entertainment or other information on our website to you in any manner we choose in our sole and absolute discretion. In addition, the Radiant IPTV website allows you and other third parties to post reviews or comments concerning the entertainment distributed by us. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information that constitutes part of the content expressed or made available by third parties on the Radiant IPTV website are those of the respective authors or producers and not of 1Stop Media & Entertainment Inc, or its shareholders, directors, officers, or employees. Under no circumstances shall 1Stop Media & Entertainment Inc, or its shareholders, directors, officers, directors, or employees be held liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through the Radiant IPTV website. It is your responsibility to evaluate the information, opinion, advice, or other content available through the Radiant IPTV website.
By using the Radiant IPTV service, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Radiant IPTV. These communications will include notices about your account (e.g., shipping and receiving e-mails and other transactional information) and information concerning or related to our service, such as featured films or other entertainment information or offerings. These communications are part of your relationship with Radiant IPTV and you receive them as part of the Radiant IPTV membership. You agree that any notice, agreements, disclosure or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.
Claims of Copyright Infringement
It is the policy of Radiant IPTV to respect the intellectual property rights of others. Radiant IPTV does not promote, foster or condone the copying of Movies or any other infringing activity. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, are aware of any infringing material on the Radiant IPTV website, or know of someone who is making unauthorized use of the content of the Radiant IPTV website, please notify us at the address specified below of your concern by submitting a signed written notice and containing the following:
((i) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
(ii) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
(iii) Identification of the material on the Radiant IPTV website that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
(iv) Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and, if available, your e-mail address;
(v) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

IPTV Plans: Free to Air channels, offered in all plans may increase or decrease depending on channel owner’s discretion. Hindi, sports, news and Islamic channels channels are offered only as bonus, and Radiant IPTV does not commit to continue these channels. At anytime the entire Hindi channels can be removed without prior notices.
Monthly, Six months & Yearly: You may cancel your membership to Radiant IPTV and cancellation will be effective from the next billing date only. Customer has to send email before the next billing date that he wishes to cancel from the next billing cycle. Six months and Yearly customers cannot cancel during their plan during validity period.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTHLY, SIX MONTHS OR YEALRLY MEMBERSHIP PERIODS OR UNWATCHED MOVIES/TV Content. If customers claim chargeback unjustifiability from their financial institution, Radiantiptv reserves the right to charge a penalty of 25 dollar to recover the financial transaction charge.
We charge our customer shipping cost and it varies based on geographical location.
We do supply HDMI cable along with Rbox, the same can be purchased from us. The RCA cable we supply has special pin configuration, hence we do not guarantee that the RCA cable (which may look similar) if available with you (customer) works with our Rbox. Rbox is supplied with power adapter and remote only.
IPTV plus VOIP Plans:
Using R box customer can watch channels on IPTV platform and also use VoIP services using the same device.
Monthly subscription: Your Radiant IPTV& VoIP subscription will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. To cancel any monthly plan /subscription, customer has to send mail from his/her registered mail to firstname.lastname@example.org 7 days in advance before the bill date. No refund shall be done once the billing is done.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription to Radiant IPTV& VoIP service, cancellation will be effective from the next billing date only. To cancel any monthly plan /subscription, customer has to send mail from his/her registered mail to email@example.com 7 days in advance before the bill date. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTHLY /QUERTERLY / SIX MONTHS OR YEARLY PLAN FOR UNWATCHED MOVIES OR FOR IP PHONE USAGE
Customer cannot transfer his account to a third party and in case it is done, the said account shall be terminated and no refund of money shall be made.
Service commencement: The bill start date shall be from the date the R box is installed and used by the customer.
If you are existing customer of IP Phone and IPTV and wish to terminate only the IP Phone service the pro rate balance amount of IP phone can be adjusted by extending your IPTV plan validity
INTERNATIONAL TERMINATION RATE CHANGE DISCLAIMER:
Bangladesh Calling is based on the ILD (international long distance) termination rate offered to Radiant IPTV. Bangladesh termination pricing per minute call for the past few years is hovering between $0.0400 and $0.04500 per minute. 1Stop Media & Entertainment Inc. absorbs 15% up or down rate fluctuations, and protects Radiant IPTV customers from plan price increase. However if the termination cost to Bangladesh or any other country increase by a magnitude more than 15% due to geo-political reasons or due to policy changes in the destination country, Radiant IPTV has no option but to increase the monthly/half yearly/yearly pricing based on the termination cost.
Customer would be notified of the proposed changes in rate if such an event occurs. Radiant IPTV customers have two options then, 1) agree to pay higher price and continue the service, or 2) terminate the service by prorating the fee for the period service used and get refund for the un-used portion of the fee amount.
Warranty on R Box Device:
R box carries one year warranty. In case of any failure of the device /remote or power adapter the same shall have to be shipped by the customer to our NY office for replacement, shipping costs have to borne by the customer for both ways. Replacement shall be done only in case of defective workmanship only. No replacement will be done during the one year warranty period if found that the Rbox/remote/power adapter are damaged physically.
Monthly / quarterly / six months / yearly Rbox plans : These plans are meant for domestic purpose only. Any customer registered in these plans should use the IP Phone service for domestic usage only. If at any point of time if the usage is understood to be for commercial purpose, Radiant IPTV has the right to terminate the service without any notice as the customer has breached the terms of usage.
Free IP Phone plan: For promotion of IP Phone service, Radiant IPTV May offer free IP Phone usage in different IPTV plans, however Radiant IPTV reserves the right to offer service of IP Phone service to IPTV customers using R box.
Plan upgradation: Plan upgradation is solely the discretion of Radiant IPTV.
Monthly plan customers: Monthly plan customers registering for IPTV / IP Phone or for both services will be billed in advance for the following month subscription period. No prior intimation by mail or phone will be made in regard to monthly billing.
The above stipulated terms and conditions are applicable for all customers of Radiant IPTV, registered in any plans using any device through which Radiant IPTV offers its services.
EMERGENCY SERVICES- 911 DIALING
RADIANTIPTV ONLY OFFERS EMERGENCY CALLING SERVICE SUCH AS 911 FOR USA ONLY. IT IS NOT APPLICABLE TO OTHER COUNTRIES SUCH AS CANADA.
DESCRIPTION: VoIP services allow you to make or receive telephone calls over the Internet to or from the public switched telephone network. The nature of VoIP telephone calls, while appearing similar to traditional telephone calling services, create unique limitations and circumstances, and you acknowledge and agree that differences exist between traditional telephone service and VoIP telephone services, including the lack of traditional 911 emergency services.
911 SERVICE: Because of the unique nature of VoIP telephone calls, emergency calls to 911 through your VoIP service will be handled differently than traditional phone service. The following provisions describe the differences and limitations of 911 emergency calls, and you hereby acknowledge and understand the differences between traditional 911 service and VoIP calls with respect to 911 calls placed to emergency services from your account as described below.
PLACING 911 CALLS: When you make a 911 emergency call, the VoIP service will attempt to automatically route your 911 call through a third-party service provider to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”) corresponding to your address of record on your account. However, due to the limitations of the VoIP telephone services, your 911 call may be routed to a different location than that which would be used for traditional 911 dialing. For example, your call may be forwarded to a third-party, specialized call center that handles emergency calls. This call center is different from the PSAP that would answer a traditional 911 call which has automatically generated your address information, and consequently, you may be required to provide your name, address, and telephone
HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS PROVIDED: The VoIP service will attempt to automatically provide the PSAP dispatcher or emergency service operator with the name, address and telephone number associated with your account. However, for technical reasons, the dispatcher receiving the call may not be able to capture or retain your name, phone number or physical location. Therefore, when making a 911 emergency call, you must immediately inform the dispatcher of your location If you are unable to speak, the dispatcher may not be able to locate you if your location information is not up to date.
CORRECTNESS OF INFORMATION: You are responsible for providing, maintaining, and updating correct contact information (including name, residential address and telephone number) with your account. If you do not correctly identify the actual location where you are located, or if your account information has recently changed or has otherwise not been updated, 911 calls may be misdirected to an incorrect emergency response site.
DISCONNECTIONS: You must not disconnect the 911 emergency call until told to do so by the dispatcher, as the dispatcher may not have your number or contact information. If you are inadvertently disconnected, you must call back immediately.
CONNECTION TIME: For technical reasons, including network congestion, it is possible that a 911 emergency call will produce a busy signal or will take longer to connect when compared with conventional PSDM service
911 CALLS MAY NOT FUNCTION: For technical reasons, the functionality of 911 VoIP emergency calls may cease or be curtailed in various circumstances, including but not limited to:
Failure of service or your service access device—if your system access equipment fails or is not configured correctly, or if your VoIP service is not functioning correctly for any reason, including power outages, VoIP service outage, suspension or disconnection of your service due to billing issues, network or Internet congestion, or network or Internet outage in the event of a power, network or Internet outage; you may need to reset or reconfigure the system access equipment before being able to use the VoIP service, including for 911
emergency calls; and changing locations—if you move your system access equipment to a location other than that described in your account information or otherwise on record with
LIABILITY: You agree that the Company shall not be liable for any interruption, diminution, or failure of the 911 Service, or the failure of any product in whole or in part, and in no event shall the Company be responsible or liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damages, howsoever caused, including, without limitation, by the Company’s negligence or the negligence of its employees or otherwise, whether such loss or damage was due to mistakes, omissions, interruptions, delays, errors or defects in the provision of the Services or by any overseas correspondent or underlying or arising in any other manner or the performance or non-performance of obligations hereunder or otherwise.
WAIVER: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company and its affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, and any third-party operator of facilities employed against and from any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, liability, loss, damage, assessments or payments arising out of or relating to any defect in the website and the 911 Services, including, but not limited to, costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees and costs of litigation) arising out of or in connection with any claim or action which any person or entity may file or threaten to file against the Company or its officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents in any way relating to this Agreement and the termination of any Service provided pursuant to this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of the company will have no liability to any person
